- Four Sand tennis courts, ski lifts and cross-country ski trails are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
- Toboggan, snowshoe and cross-country ski rental you can find in our house (limited number of pieces).
- We also provide Mountain bikes for free disposal (limited number), incl. washing place, repair set and bicycle storage.

- For our little guests is a spacious playground with swing available. However, the biggest adventure playground offers our Nature Park Region with the idyllic Lech meadows, woods and meadows. Here you can climb, romp, muddy and build cairns in a race.
- We offer a very well equipped and newly furnished Seminar room for approx. 25 persons. Groups wishing to use the seminar room receive free access to our beamer and internet.
